SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the space equipment. Device (1) for capturing and removing debris drifting in space includes end mass (2) adapted to approach the debris to be removed, (3), detachably mounted on terminal mass (2); and halyard (4) that connects device (3) that grips wreck and end-piece (2). Gripping device (3) includes harpoon (31) capable of penetrating into the debris, firing device (32) for firing harpoon (31), guide member (33) arranged to come into contact with the surface of the debris to control the angle of harpoon (31) firing relative to the surface of the fragments, and switch (34), with the possibility of transferring the shot signal to shooting device (32).
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of the capture of debris.
