SUBSTANCE: claimed invention can be used for removal of space refuse fragments. Claimed remover of garbage in random somersault comprises the case with buffer material, locking tenons, propulsor plant, gripper with the harpoon, device for space garbage motion observation, gripping position and gripping orientation computation. The harpoon comprises sharpened end section with toothed part, lock part, jet propulsive force generator for harpoon ejection, wire for coupling of said harpoon with said case and wire winder. Space garbage remover is placed ion orbit. Space garbage remover is docked with space garbage. Space garbage displacement and observation procedures are executed. Gripping position and orientation are computed. Space garbage remover is displaced to gripping position and the gripping is oriented. Space garbage remover is brought lose to the space garbage to launch the harpoon to the hollow fragment of the garbage. Space garbage remover and space garbage are coupled, space garbage is locked and decelerated by means of appropriate halyard.
