FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device belongs to the field of wave power engineering. Electric generators with hydraulic motors driving them are located outside the floats 3 and are connected to hydraulic motors by oil lines, and the device itself is rigidly connected to the sea bottom by means of a base in the form of a pipe with a flange in the middle part and a pipe bridge at the top. Screw with a keyway on its surface is fastened to the bridge, and the nut connected to it is made in the form of a pinion-bushing, on the collar of which there is a bearing for mounting the housing. Its movement is provided by a drive mounted on a plate fixed to a bushing with a key inside the hole for engagement with the said screw. Bushing itself is mounted on the end of the pinion-bushing. Outside the housing, there are eyes ends fixed for the axles: the upper – for hydraulic cylinder 13, the lower one T-shaped – for attaching the rocker arm in the form of a stepped shaft. Adapter 15 is pivotally mounted on a large-diameter shaft stage and fixed in the axial direction by its cover 16 with the stop for hydraulic cylinder 17, the other end of which is mounted on a bracket 18 with an eye end fixed to the rocker arm, and the end of the hydraulic cylinder fixed to the housing is mounted in the eye end. Adapter is intended for nozzles attached to the ends of the bearing stepped shafts. Nozzle of the middle float in the form of a bushing together with the shaft is fixed in adapter 15, and nozzles 21 of the shafts of the extreme floats are made in the form of eye ends and are mounted with the axles on the studs of adapter 15. On the free steps of the bearing shafts with keyways, there are bushings installed with internal dowels, with end nuts 24 at the ends. Opposite ends of the bushings are fixed to the float holders, and brackets 25 for fixing the rods of hydraulic cylinders 26 are mounted on top of the bushings. Brackets 27 for fixing the housings of said hydraulic cylinders, are rigidly connected to the nozzles in the form of eye ends for the extreme floats, and the bracket for the middle float 3 is fixed to adapter 15. In addition, there are two hydraulic cylinders 28 installed in the horizontal plane on the eye ends between floats 3. To rotate the floats around the axis of the pipe and fix them in the desired position, a disc-pinion with a drive fixed to the pipe is installed on its above-mentioned flange. On top of the disc-pinion wheel, a rotatable plate is mounted, on which the following is fixed: in the form of a spring and a means of its compression – drive of the brake shoe located below the disc-pinion; to transfer rotation to the housing – vertical lock in the form of the channel section, the flanges of which are located with a gap between the stops, fixed on the housing; stop with the hinge for the rod of the last hydraulic cylinder, the housing of which is hingedly mounted on the bracket fixed to the pipe. All hydraulic cylinders installed have two branches from both their cavities with suction and discharge valves and are accordingly combined into one main, suction valves – into the main connected to the drain tank through a low-pressure pump with a safety valve, discharge valves – into the main through a pressure valve connected to a hydraulic accumulator feeding the drives of electric generators in the form of hydraulic motors. On the discharge line there is a pressure sensor and a slide valve connected to the drain line, which operates at zero pressure at the indicated sensor and switches the discharge line to the drain, and turns off the low-pressure pump.
EFFECT: efficiency of energy removal is increased due to the use of all possible directions of oscillations of floats with installation of wave energy converters on these directions – hydrocylinders.
