FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of equipment for the transmission of electrical energy, in particular to the power transmission line tower. Power line tower comprises longitudinally disposed tower body (100) and traverses (120) disposed transversely on the tower body. In the horizontal direction, tower body (100) has a first lateral direction (Y) and a second lateral direction (X), perpendicular to each other. Power line tower has support member (110) extending outwardly from tower body (100) in the first transverse direction (Y). One end of support member (110) is attached to tower body (100), and the other end of support member (110) is free end (111, 112). Traverses (120) extend in the second transverse direction (X). One end of each traverse (120) is connected to free end (111, 112), and the other end of each traverse (120) is used to accommodate the wires of the overhead line. Variant of the tower is also described.
EFFECT: power line tower reduces the width of the line corridor and takes up less space.
