FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to set of stiletto device and medical tube, in which stiletto is inserted into medical tube. Stiletto device includes deformable stiletto, made of elongated form and having inside at least one longitudinal, radially displaced from centre canal, drive rope, located in canal, and means for tension creation. One end of said drive rope is fastened to stiletto. Means of tension creation is connected to the other drive rope end with possibility to apply tightening force to drive rope.
EFFECT: invention facilitates introduction of tube into difficult passages in body cavity.
