FIELD: separation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of gases separation and can be used for the gas mixtures separation. Hollow fiber gas separating module includes a housing and a hollow cylindrical mold fixed therein with hollow fibers with cut ends hermetically sealed by the metals alloy, as well as the gas mixture input zone and the gases passed and not passed through the membrane exit zone. As a metal alloy, a low-melting alloy is used, which melting point is lower than the fibers melting point and above the module predetermined operating temperature. Fibers are preliminary glued and immersed into the oil product with the boiling point above the sealant melting point. During gluing, the fibers open ends can be further isolated with glue. Hollow cylindrical mold is made with horizontal through holes along the perimeter of the cylinder. For this module manufacturing, the mold is installed into a split cup, placing the alloy into it, heating until its melting, removing the slag from the melt surface, immersing into it the glued fibers with the oil product layer and holding until the sealant solidification. After this, separating the split cup, taking out the mold with the fibers. Fibers together with the alloy protruding part are cut and fixing the mold in the module housing.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in reliability of the fibers sealing and their laying uniformity, with elimination of their destruction, both during the module manufacturing and in the process of its operation, as well as elimination of their cavities filling with the sealant, improvement of the heat dissipation during the gas separation process with the module manufacturing in a quick and easy way.
