When the UE performs a handover, the MME for the handover source in the core network receives the handover request message from the eNB, polls the DNS, and selects the MME for the handover target in the mentioned support network.

EFFECT: technical result is to provide an opportunity to eliminate the impact caused by an abrupt increase in the volume of traffic by a particular group of communication terminals on the quality of other communication terminals.
