Thermal conductivity sensor, buried in relation to the outer surface of the thermal insulating body and comprising a heat-conducting insert, sealed in the opening of the thermally insulating housing so that there is no space between the peripheral portion of the heat-conducting insert and the thermal insulating body and oriented parallel to the flow of the fluid. Moreover, the thermally conducting insert has a sensor surface buried in the outer surface with the creation of a cavity between the sensor surface and the outer surface. Downhole tool for perforating holes in the well casing and measuring the characteristics of the fluid comprises a perforating gun, containing a plurality of shaped charges of explosive (BB) and a measuring device made in a unit with the configuration of a shaped charge and installed in a shooting perforator.
