METHOD OF INCREASING SHELL LIFE EXPIRATION OF BOOKS BASED ON PAPER MATERIALS Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC B31F7/00 D21H25/02

Abstract RU 2672138 C1

FIELD: storage.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protection and preservation of all forms of materials on paper basis, in particular to increase in shelf life expiration of books. Method for increasing shelf life expiration of books based on paper materials, in which preparation of MgO suspension in an inert liquid in n a container for preparation of a solution is carried out, next ensure books with help of fixing devices so that books are maintained in open state, and their pages are shifted with soft and permeable material, further, the fixing device is lowered into container for processing books with chemical composition, which is closed with sealed lid, after which MgO slurry is fed into the inert liquid from the container for preparation of the solution, further, chemical composition of the processing container is subjected to vibration and driven in vertical cavity at given amplitude to initiate the process of adsorption of MgO particles on paper fibers, moreover, stage of keeping books in a container for processing books with chemical composition under the above conditions is carried out within 40–60 minutes, after disabling the vibration and movement from the container for processing books with chemical composition through the filter, the suspension is completely return into container to prepare a solution, whereby capacity to handle books with chemical composition create vacuum, vacuum maintenance process lasts for 90 minutes to dry the paper, after the paper drying process is over, pressure in container for book processing is adjusted to normal level b chemical composition, then books are removed and transferred, then further support process of restoration of books natural humidity.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing shelf life expiration of materials on paper basis.
