SUBSTANCE: using for magnetic resonance imaging. Summary of the invention is that in EPI data collection sequences for magnetic resonance signals k-space is scanned along sets of lines in k-space along opposite directions of propagation, for example, odd and even lines in k-space. Phase errors that arise due to opposite directions of propagation are corrected by a parallel reconstruction of an image of the SENSE type. Distribution of phase errors in image space can be initially estimated, calculated from the phase difference between the images, reconstructed from magnetic resonance signals derived from corresponding sets of lines in k-space or from earlier dynamics.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of implementing a method of magnetic resonance imaging with the collection of EPI data with the correction of extraneous echoes, which requires less cumbersome calculations.
