FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to MRI system (100) with an RF system for obtaining magnetic resonance data (142). The radio frequency system contains a set of antenna elements (126). MRI system (100) additionally contains a processor for controlling MRI system (100). Magnetic resonance data is obtained. Combined image data (144) is reconstructed. Reconstruction includes converting obtained magnetic resonance data (142) from k-space into an image space and combining resulting image data. For each antenna element (126), magnetic resonance data (146) is modeled using reconstructed combined image data (144). Modeling includes the conversion of reconstructed combined image data (144) from the image space to k-space. A phase correction coefficient is determined. The determination includes calculating a phase difference between obtained magnetic resonance data (142) and modeled magnetic resonance data (146). Obtained magnetic resonance data (142) is corrected using the phase correction coefficient.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to correct phase errors caused, for example, by patient’s movement, such as breathing, B0-non-resonant field, etc.
