SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for processing information. Natural expression processing method comprises identifying a natural expression from a user and obtaining a certain form of language information which can be processed by a computer. Method then includes converting, by a computing device of a robot or a workstation that implements a manual support-based understanding mode (MAU of a workstation), the identified and obtained language information to a standard expression in an encoded form. Conversion into a standard expression is conversion of the semantics of a natural expression into codes and parameters. Either machine conversion is performed to determine the standard expression, or manual conversion is performed by coordinating with the MAU workstation.
EFFECT: technical result is faster querying and data updating through the reduction of the complexity of the database for converting expressions.
