FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for measuring anode voltage and determining the total X-ray filtration, relates to X-ray technology and can be used to determine the conditions for the excitation of X-rays by the contactless method when implementing the procedure for monitoring the parameters of X-ray diagnostic devices. In a device for measuring anode voltage and determining the total X-ray filtration, containing a scattering body and radiation detectors, mounted on the scattering body, radiation detectors are ordered on the side surface of the scattering body on the side of scattered radiation output from the scattering body, and the scattering body is made as a group of parallel scattering plates made of materials with different effective atomic numbers, separated from each other by absorbing plates of a material with an effective atomic number larger than that of the scattering plates, perpendicular to the detector placement surface.
EFFECT: technical result is the expansion of the measurement range by registering radiation only in the area of the formation of scattered radiation in the vicinity of a scattering body made of separate plates of different materials.
