FIELD: measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement of energy spectra. Essence of the invention lies in the fact that the method of reconstructing spectral distributions of deceleration radiation along the profile of secondary radiation fields further comprises steps, on which radiation of cylindrical scattering body extended along direction of primary radiation beam is carried out, recording distribution of photons of secondary radiation along the generatrix of the scattering body by a position-sensitive detector and restoring the spectral composition of the primary radiation beam based on the shape of the obtained distribution.
EFFECT: enabling measurement of energy spectra of pulsed radiation beams and observing dynamics of variation of spectral distributions.
