FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry, in particular to the organic chlorides content in oil reduction methods. This method is applicable to oil with the organic chloride content well in excess of 10 million-1 (about 1000 million-1 and more). Organic chlorides content in oil reduction method includes the oil sedimentation and preliminary dehydration during heating, oil treatment with the alkali solution during heating, settling the oil and alkali solution mixture, the spent alkali solution withdrawal and the refined oil withdrawal, where for the oil preliminary dehydration performing the oil circulation with heating, after heating, supplying the demulsifier to the oil, performing the oil and the demulsifier mixture circulation for at least one hour, after which settling it for at least two hours, removing the separated water, circulation is resumed; during the oil circulation supplying the sodium or potassium hydroxide 10–20 % aqueous solution with dosage of 20–30 % for oil, heating the oil and sodium or potassium hydroxide aqueous solution mixture to the temperature of 190–200 °C while maintaining the overpressure of at least 1.6 MPa for 6 hours, then holding the oil and sodium or potassium hydroxide aqueous solution mixture for 6 hours, depending on their structure, the oil with the sodium or potassium hydroxide aqueous solution treatment cycles are repeated at a temperature of 220–230 °C and an overpressure of at least 2.8 MPa for oil, not containing volatile organochlorine compounds of aromatic structure, up to the organic chlorides mass fraction value of not more than 10 million-1, and for the volatile organochlorine compounds of aromatic structure containing oil, up to the organic chlorides mass fraction value of not more than 100 million-1. Proposed organic chlorides content in oil reduction method has the following advantages: firstly, the method can be implemented for oil with the organic chlorides content in oil far in excess of 10 million-1 (about 1000 million-1 and more); secondly, method ensures the organic chlorides mass fraction reduction to 10 million-1 for oil that does not contain volatile organochlorine compounds of aromatic structure, and up to 100 million-1 for the oil containing volatile organochlorine compounds of aromatic structure.
EFFECT: method can be implemented for oil containing organic chlorides in oil; the method provides decrease in the organic chlorides mass fraction.
