FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparation of oil-containing raw material for oil refining. Invention relates to a method for reducing content of organochlorine compounds in oil and oil-containing liquids, including a first stage of preliminary oil dehydration, the second stage of thermochemical action on oil and oil-containing liquid during heating, the third stage of oil separation from the reagent, performed on the equipment including heat-insulated feed tank, heat-insulated settling tank, reactor. Following mixture composition is used as a reagent, wt.%: potassium hydroxide – 10, monoethanolamine – 2.5, polyethylene polyamine – 7.5, oxyethylated nonylphenol “АФ 9-6” – 2.5, demulsifier “ДИН-4” – 0.01, aromatic hydrocarbon – toluene – 10, solvent – butanol – balance, wherein the reagent is used at said second stage of thermochemical action when performing the method according to technological schemes of continuous or periodic action.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced time of process of reduction of content of chlorine-organic compounds in oil and oil-containing liquids.
