SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology. Thromboprophylaxis is carried out individually, for which, at the beginning of the introduction of warfarin, the method of thrombodynamics is used to evaluate the spatial and temporal parameters of fibrin clot growth in a patient. Upon reaching MHO within 2-3, indicators such as the growth rate of the clot (V), mcm/min, are evaluated, and if it is more than 29, the condition is attributed to hypercoagulation, less than 20 – to hypocoagulation; indicator of the time of formation of spontaneous clots (Tsp), where during normal coagulation the formation of spontaneous clots is absent, and their detection against the background of V more than 29 mcm/min indicates a pronounced hypercoagulation. If V is no more than 29 mcm/min without Tsp, adding acetylsalicylic acid to warfarin is considered not indicated. If V is above 29 mcm/min without Tsp, hypercoagulation is diagnosed and adding acetylsalicylic acid to warfarin is considered indicated. If V is above 29 mcm/min and Tsp is present, pronounced hypercoagulation is diagnosed and adding acetylsalicylic acid to warfarin is considered indicated. In addition to warfarin, acetylsalicylic acid is administered in a dose of 50 mg/day for patients weighing up to 10 kg and 5 mg/kg/day, but not more than 100 mg – for patients weighing more than 10 kg.

EFFECT: method allows to level the existing hypercoagulable state, as a result of which the risk of feasibility study development after the operation is reduced.
