FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a microorganism for producing a diamine, as well as a method for producing a diamine using said microorganism. In the proposed microorganism, the activity of a protein having an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO: 6, SEQ ID NO: 22 and SEQ ID NO: 24, or a protein having a diamine-exporting activity and having an amino acid sequence having a sequence homology of SEQ ID NO: 6, SEQ ID NO: 22 or SEQ ID NO: 24, at least 95 %, is introduced or increased compared to endogenous activity. Method of producing diamine involves culturing said microorganism to produce a cell culture and recovering the diamine from the cultured microorganism or cell culture.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides for the production of diamine in high yield.
