SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a microorganism for producing diamine and a method of producing diamine using same. Disclosed is a microorganism in which protein activity having an amino acid sequence selected from a group consisting of SEQ ID NO: 6, SEQ ID NO: 23 and SEQ ID NO: 26 or a protein having diamine-exporting activity and having an amino acid sequence having at least 95 % sequence homology to SEQ ID NO: 6, SEQ ID NO: 23 or SEQ ID NO: 26 is introduced or increased in comparison with endogenous activity. Also disclosed is a method of producing diamine, involving culturing said microorganism to produce a cell culture and extracting diamine from the cultured microorganism or cell culture.

EFFECT: disclosed are a microorganism for producing diamine and a method of producing diamine using it.
