FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technology used in the production of polymeric film materials for various purposes, and specifically to a method for producing composite biodegradable films. Biodegradable film is produced by hot calendering of two films made of polyethylene, between which high-active and highly porous coal is placed, soaked in easily digestible carbohydrate material – molasses.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the deformation strength of a biodegradable film containing nutrients for the life of microorganisms, and to accelerate the biodegradation of the film in the soil and at landfills.
