Disc brake includes a rotation axis, brake disc, brake caliper, brake support, force transmission element, which is guided and supported in the brake caliper or brake support, a clamping spring element for pressing the force transmission element and a clamping device held and supported on the caliper by a fixing device. Clamping device generates pre-stress in the clamping spring element in the radial direction relative to the force transmission device and generates pre-stress in the pressure spring element tangentially in the direction of rotation relative to the force transmission device when moving forward. Clamping spring element has two identical spring legs and a trapezoidal middle region located therebetween, which projects radially inwardly, and both legs of the trapezoidal area in the relaxed state in each case form an angle with the bottom.
