FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to transport machine building. Disc brake mechanism for utility vehicles includes a brake disc, a brake caliper, a brake arm, a brake pad and a clamping device that presses the brake pad to the brake disc when braking. Brake pad is located in the U-shaped slot. Distance between the two U-profile flanges at their radially outer ends is less than the distance between them at the radially inner ends. Brake pad of the disc brake mechanism has two U-shaped profiles which form flanges, support surfaces for the support in the circumferential direction and a supporting surface forming the base of the U-shaped profile for the support radially inward.
EFFECT: preventing the brake pad from falling off from the slot.
