SUBSTANCE: lid-container assembly (1, 2) made of a plastic material in which container (1) comprises bottom (20) and substantially cylindrical or cone trunk side wall (3) having upper edge (4) that bounds an access opening. Container (1) comprises first external annular strip (5) provided with first circular rib (6) and at least one second circular rib (7) for snap fitting of lid (2). Lid (2) comprises central part (8) and peripheral wall (9) that conforms to side wall (3) of container (1). Lid (2) further comprises second external annular strip (10) that releasably engages corresponding external annular strip (5) of container (1). External annular strip (10) of lid (2) has upper annular element (11) that connects to peripheral wall (9) by upturned U-shaped upper annular channel (12), lower annular element (15) configured for being inserted into lower annular channel (18) in the form of a U pointing upwards, and intermediate annular element (13) for tear opening. Lower annular element (15) of external strip (10) of lid (2) is configured with circular rib (17) that engages corresponding internal rib (19) to lower annular channel (18) of external strip (5) of container (1). Lid-container assembly (1, 2) further comprises first (21) interference sealing zone between opposite surfaces of side wall (3) of container (1) and of peripheral wall (9) of lid (2), second (22) contact sealing zone between upper edge (4) of side wall (3) of container (1) and interior of upper annular channel (12) and at least one third (23) contact sealing zone between opposite engaging ribs of external annular strips (5, 10) of lid (2) and of container (1).
EFFECT: lid-container assembly is designed for transportation and storage of hazardous materials in conformity to the UN standard.
