FIELD: production of objects from plastic materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of objects from plastic materials, including separate parts, which can be assembled and connected at turn during extraction from mold. Device for injection molding objects made from plastics comprises mold with separate molding impressions for two parts to be molded; there are provided a first molding part and a second molding part defining impressions of the circular element and hinged pin. Proposed device comprises cooling means including channel inside first rod element and tubular element that are coaxial and form cooling gap. A cooling fluid flows through the tubular element and the gap. There are cams axially moving the rod elements to ensure automatic assembly of the object when the mold is opened and further extraction of the molded object.
EFFECT: creation of improved method and device for combined injection molding of objects from plastic materials, including rotary connected parts, design of a method and a device which can substantially reduce production cycles and which can be used to produce finished products of excellent quality, particularly in critical areas of objects.
