FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Container for biological samples includes a lower container with a side wall, equipped with a first external thread and ending with a first round neck, an upper container for holding, before activation of the container, a toxic liquid having a side wall equipped with a second external thread and ending with a second round neck at one end and a closed base at the other end, and a connecting sleeve. Coupling includes a lower part, including a lower side wall with a first internal thread for interaction with a first external thread of the lower container, upper part, including an upper side wall, ending with a free end and including a first inside smooth belt, a belt with an internal thread for interaction with an external thread of the upper container and a second inside smooth zone at the free end, and a transverse partition separating the lower part from the upper part and provided with a central hole made in the tube, and bypass holes made with possibility of transfer of toxic liquid to peripheral area relative to central hole. In the connecting coupling, the peripheral area of the transverse partition is confined inside by the first peripheral projection protruding orthogonally in the upper part of the connecting coupling. First peripheral projection is made with possibility of creating a tight seal with the second round neck when the upper container is completely screwed to the upper part of the connecting coupling and the peripheral collar at least partially protrudes inside the free end of the upper side wall. Peripheral collar has inner diameter to create inner groove in second inside smooth belt in upper part of connecting coupling. Upper container with the second round concentric neck has a radial ring in the second smooth inside the belt, the outer diameter of which is larger than the inner diameter of the annular collar of the connecting coupling. Rod extends inward from the closed base of the upper container, wherein the rod is configured to enter the central opening of the transverse partition, when the upper container is completely screwed on, and with the possibility of creating an air passage when the upper container is partially unscrewed to the peripheral side. Disclosed is a method for preserving a biological sample by activating a container.
EFFECT: eliminating the risk of contact and inhalation of the preservative/stabilizer reagent.
