FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to explosive engineering in mining industry, construction and is intended for charging of horizontal blast holes with detonating cord, and can also be used in outlining bore pits with different inclination angle when driving mine workings of different cross-section and purpose. Device for charging horizontal borehole consists of stepped hollow cylindrical housing, closed on side of stage of smaller diameter, retainer and a detonating cord of high power with a detonating cap of a non-electric initiation system, which are located inside the stepped hollow cylindrical housing. Retainer is made in form of ring-shaped housing with flexible blades located in end outside of ring-shaped housing at angle in number of not less than three, and is installed on the stepped hollow cylindrical housing on the side of the step of smaller diameter, the remaining part of which is inserted into the baffle made in the form of a pipe. Then, bump hole is charged against the retainer by the butt end of the bump cutter.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at creation of cheap, reliable device for charging bore pits with a detonating cord, for improvement of safety, quality and economy of blasting operations, wider field of its application.
