SUBSTANCE: invention relates to zeolites synthesis. Proposed synthesis method comprises formation of a reaction mixture for zeolite AEI, containing mother liquor or a part thereof from the synthesis process AEI, in which the mother liquor or part thereof comprises substance that directs structure AEI. Structure directing agent is a cation of N,N-dimethyl-3,5-dimethylpiperidine. Implemented reacting the mixture under crystallization conditions to form a batch of zeolite crystals having an AEI framework. Mother liquor or part of it is recycled. To achieve high total relative yield based on the dioxide process of zeolite synthesis AEI includes: 1) preparing a mixture comprising (a) at least one source of aluminum oxide, (b) at least one source of silicon dioxide, (c), at least one ionic hydroxide source, and (d) substance that directs the AEI structure (SDA), the substance directing the structure being a cation of N,N-dimethyl-3,5-dimethylpiperidine; and 2) the reaction of the mixture under crystallization conditions to form zeolite crystals having an AEI framework with a silica ratio to aluminum oxide (SAR) from 8 up to 50, and mother liquor.
EFFECT: invention provides a total relative yield based on silicon dioxide of at least 60 percent.
