FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: synthesis method is proposed for the production of phase-pure aluminosilicate zeolite as catalysts for processing exhaust combustion gas. The method for the production of aluminosilicate zeolite includes a reaction of synthesis- gel containing at least one zeolite Y, a fluoride source, which is HF, and a structure-forming agent. The reaction is carried out at a temperature from 120 to 180°C for from 1 to 15 days with pH value less than 11, with the formation of zeolite crystals with small CHA pores, and SDA cation is selected from trimethyladamantammonium, N,N,N-dimethylethylcyclohexylammonium, or a combination thereof; or zeolite medium pores, selected from MFI, STW, and SDA cation is selected from tetrapropylammonium, 2-ethyl-1,3,4-trimethylimidazolium or a combination thereof; or zeolite with large BEA pores, where the structure-forming agent is tetraethylammonium. Synthesis-gel has one or more of following composite molar ratios: SiO2/Al2O3 from 12 to 500; SDA2O/Al2O3 from 3 to 125; H2O/Al2O3 from 30 to 7500; OH-/SiO2 from 0.4 to 0.6; and/or F-/SiO2 from 0.4 to 0.6.

EFFECT: obtained zeolite crystals have phase purity of more than 90%.
