FIELD: sport; medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sports medicine. Training an athlete with a sports projectile (SP) is carried out on the playing field with a controlled light-dynamic backlight (CLDB), with which the software-hardware complex (SHC) sets the light zones, changing their position and training modes. Light zones or their parts highlighted in color are prohibited for finding an athlete and / or a SP. Sensors record the athlete and / or the SP touch on the design elements (DE) of the gym and / or sports equipment (SE). All programs are grouped into sections and categories of difficulty, corresponding to the technical and speed capabilities of the trainees. Initially, independently or on the recommendation of a coach, choose a category of difficulty corresponding to the level of training of an athlete. Using SHC, they simulate game situations, changing the position of forbidden light zones. When an athlete performs active technical actions in accordance with the selected program, his movement and / or SP are simultaneously filmed with two video cameras. Images from them are simultaneously transmitted to the SHC. Measure the amount of change in the direction of movement of the athlete and / or SP in three dimensions, the number of hits in the forbidden zone. Sensors record the athlete’s and / or SP’s touch on DE and / or SE. When injected into the forbidden zones and / or touching the DE, the SE will give a light and / or sound signal. Otherwise, if successful, the implementation of active technical actions in accordance with the program increases the category of complexity, while the athlete is able to correctly perform active technical actions. Its maximum category, as well as the number of hits in the forbidden zones, touching the DE and / or SE gives an effective assessment of the technical readiness of the athlete. Additional sensors identify it in a group of athletes. At the beginning of the training, choose the category of difficulty for each athlete of the group. After increasing the difficulty category, choose another athlete from the group, identifying him. He performs active technical actions on the program. If he is not able to properly perform them, give an effective assessment of his preparedness. Then choose another athlete from the group. When the assessments of the preparedness of all the athletes of the group are received, they finish the training.
EFFECT: provides an effective assessment of the preparedness of athletes.
