METHOD OF TRAINING ACTIVE TECHNICAL ACTIONS IN VOLLEYBALL Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A61H1/00 A63B71/00

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physical culture, sports medicine and is intended for training active technical actions (ATD) in volleyball, in particular, conducting attacking actions. Training with a sport projectile is carried out on the playing field with controlled light-dynamic illumination, with the help of which the light zones are set (LZ). Changing the position of the LZ and the training modes set by the software-hardware complex (SHC). LZ or their part highlighted in color are prohibited for finding an athlete and/or a sports projectile. Sensors have been introduced that fix the athlete and/or projectile with the structural elements of the gym and/or sports equipment. SHC introduced restrictions on the athlete and/or projectile to touch the structural elements of the gym and/or sports equipment. Programs are grouped into sections and categories of difficulty, corresponding to the technical and speed capabilities of the trainees. Having chosen the category of difficulty corresponding to the level of training, using the SHC, they simulate game situations, changing the position of prohibited LZ. Athlete performs ATD for the selected program. Movement of the athlete and/or projectile simultaneously captured by two video cameras, images from them synchronously transmitted to the SHC. Measure the amount of change in the direction of movement of the athlete and/or projectile in three dimensions, the number of hits of the athlete and/or projectile when performing an active technical action in the forbidden zone. They fix the touches of the athlete and/or projectile to the elements of the gym and/or sports equipment and, in the case of those, give a light and/or sound signal. In the absence of the mentioned hits in the forbidden zone and the absence of touch, if the ATD is successfully performed in accordance with the program, the difficulty category is increased until the athlete is able to correctly perform the ATD. Maximum category of complexity and the number of hits of an athlete and/or projectile into the forbidden zone and their touching the structural elements of the gym and/or sports equipment allows to evaluate the technical readiness of an athlete. Additionally, on the playing field entered the implementation area of the ATD. SHC captures the moment the athlete gets into this zone – the moment of the start of the ADT according to the information of two video cameras, where one is at a given height above the playing field and is directed vertically downwards, the second is from the side and is directed horizontally towards the playing field. SHC includes a light-dynamic backlighting, indicating the position of prohibited LZ, after a period of time determined by the category of complexity.

EFFECT: method provides training of the athlete’s reaction speed and its increase during ATD.
