SUBSTANCE: training of an athlete with exercise equipment is carried out on the playing field with controlled illumination, by means of which the main forbidden light areas are created, with small areas simulating the opponent. The small areas act in a given radius from the centre of their main areas and follow them for the focused obstacles for the athlete. Depending on the readiness of the athlete the level of inertia of counteracting light-dynamic areas is set, their number, velocity of their movement, and the level of complexity of the workout. The error is considered as getting the athlete, its stick or puck in the area of forbidden areas or the athlete passage between the main and the small light-dynamic areas. The hardware and software system provides video recording of movement of the athlete, its stick, puck and light-dynamic areas and the errors of the athlete. If case of absence of the testee the movement speed of the areas is increased, and their inertia is reduced until the athlete is able to make accurately groundmoves in this exercise. According to the maximum speed of the main and small light-dynamic areas, when the athlete does not make mistakes, while performing this exercise, the technical readiness of the athlete is determined.
EFFECT: method enables to intensify the development of technique of a young athlete based on assessment of its current functional readiness.
