FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to buffer amplifiers with differentiating circuit of transient correction. First and second additional transistors of different conductivity types are introduced into amplifier, the base of the first additional transistor is connected to the emitter of the first input transistor, the collector of the first additional transistor is connected to the input of the second inverting current amplifier, the emitter of the first additional transistor is connected to the first power supply bus through the first additional current-stabilizing two-port, the base of the second additional transistor is connected to the emitter of the second input transistor, the collector of the second additional transistor is connected to the input of the first inverting current amplifier, the emitter of the second additional transistor is connected to the second power supply bus through a second additional current-stabilizing two-port, between emitters of the first and second additional transistors are connected in series the first and second correction capacitors, and the output of the device is connected to the combined pins of the first and second correction capacitors.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase maximum rate of increase in output voltage and reduce time to establish transient in CU.
