FIELD: radio engineering and communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio engineering and communication and can be used as an output stage for amplification of rapidly varying analog signals by power (buffer amplifier) in the structure of analog microcircuits for various functional purposes, for example, operational amplifiers. High-speed buffer amplifier contains first and second input transistors of different types of conductivity, first and second output transistors of different types of conductivity, the first control circuit of the static mode of the first input transistor, the second control circuit of the static mode of the second input transistor, the first parasitic capacitance, the second parasitic capacitance. As the first and second control circuits of the static mode of the first and second input transistors, respectively, inverting current amplifiers are used, first and second additional transistors of different type of conductivity, the first additional current-stabilizing two-terminal network and the second additional current-stabilizing two-terminal network are introduced into the circuit.
EFFECT: increase in the maximum rate of increase in the output voltage and a decrease in the time of establishment of the transient process in the control unit for large pulse input signals.
