SUBSTANCE: emitter of the first input transistor is connected to the emitter of the first output transistor, the emitter of the second input transistor is connected to the emitter of the second output transistor, base of the first output transistor is connected to the base and collector of the first matching transistor, the base of the second output transistor is connected to the base and collector of the second matching transistor, non-inverting input is connected to the base of the first additional transistor, the emitter of which is connected to the emitter of the first matching transistor, the non-inverting input is connected to the base of the second additional transistor, which emitter is connected to the emitter of the second matching transistor, wherein between the bases of the first and second output transistors an additional correcting capacitor is connected, and the output of the first current mirror is connected to the output of the second current mirror and is connected to the output of the device.

EFFECT: increasing the maximum rate of increase of the output voltage of the operational amplifier due to the use of an input stage, which provides forcing the process of recharging the integrating capacitance of the correction of the operational amplifier in its non-inverting and inverting connections.
