SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio equipment. For this, proposed is a high-speed buffer amplifier, which additionally contains inverting current amplifiers (7) and (9), the transistor (13) base is connected to the input (3), the transistor (14) base is connected to the output (6), transistors (13) and (14) emitters are connected to the bus (10) through a current-stabilizing two-terminal element (15), the transistor (14) collector is connected to the bus (8), and the first transistor (13) collector is connected to the inverting current amplifier (7) input, the transistor (16) base is connected to the input (3), the transistor (17) base is connected to the output (6), the transistors (16) and (17) emitters are connected to the bus (8) through the current-stabilizing two-terminal element (18), the transistor (17) collector is connected to the bus (10), and the transistor (16) collector is connected to the inverting current amplifier (9) input, and a capacitor (19) is connected between the transistor (13) emitter and the transistor (16) emitter.
EFFECT: increase in the output voltage maximum increase rate and decrease in the transient process settling time in the buffer amplifier (CU) with large pulse input signals.
