SUBSTANCE: system includes a remote control panel connected to the output of the electronic notifications generating and sending unit, and a stock of automatic external defibrillators (AED), each consisting of a multi-channel microcontroller, associated multichannel self-check unit and a high voltage unit of defibrillating pulses generation, with multi-channel microcontroller control outputs connected to its control inputs, defibrillating electrodes connected to its high voltage outputs and self-check unit information inputs connected to its control outputs, as well as a WiFi modem with input connected to the first communication output of the multi-channel microcontroller, an external testing panel hosting a remote control panel with electronic notifications generating and sending unit and a narrowband channel receiver of a megaherz range with output connected via an interface to the remote control panel input, and each AED includes a megaherz range narrowband channel transmitter operating in unlicensed frequency bands, while the multi-channel microcontroller has the second communication output connected to the megaherz range narrowband channel transmitter input.

EFFECT: application of the invention allows to universalize remote testing systems for a large number of geographically distributed automatic external defibrillators.
