FIELD: fodders.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to fodder production, in particular, to a pet food product without wheat gluten and soy protein, as well as to methods for its preparation. One method involves the emulsification of raw meat to form a meat emulsion that does not contain wheat gluten and soy protein, grinding and heating the meat emulsion, exposing increased pressure on the meat emulsion, and adding to the raw meat in a period of time selected from the group consisting of a period before emulsification, after emulsification and their combination, a combination of flour from flaxseed and canola protein isolate. Another method involves forming a mixture containing surimi and a combination of flour from flaxseed and canola protein isolate, the mixture does not contain wheat gluten and soy protein, mixing the mixture while raising the temperature of the mixture, and cooling the blended mixture to obtain fish slices that do not contain wheat gluten and soy protein. Third way to produce a pet food product that does not contain wheat gluten and soy protein, involves replacing wheat gluten and soy protein in meat emulsion by combining flour from flaxseed and canola protein isolate and forming a pet food product that does not contain wheat gluten and soy protein by treating the meat emulsion.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows to obtain a feed product without adversely affecting the structure, appearance and taste of a product that does not contain wheat gluten and soy protein.
