SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Hybrid pneumatic spring is a frame, that is put on the spiral spring, which keeps the pneumatic chambers filled with gas in the interturn space of the spring. Frame can include several cavities for pneumatic chambers. Presence of an independent regulation of the pressure in the chambers makes it possible to create a nonlinear resistance to compression of the spring. Space inside the spring can remain free, allowing the internal placement of shock absorbers, bumpers, shafts and drives.

EFFECT: increase in the reliability and comfort level of the suspension of vehicles, an increase in their performance characteristics with minimal complication of the design is achieved.
