FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of antifriction microcapsules, each containing a particle of an antifriction material coated with a coating of a hydrophobic epoxy polymer formed in an aqueous medium. As part of the antifriction core, use H-montmorillonite – natural bentonite clay treated with hydrochloric acid, followed by washing before removing Cl-ion and containing active hydrogen.

EFFECT: such product used in industry is a good adsorbent of oils and at the same time has a strong catalytic effect, in particular, accelerates polymerization processes; invention is directed to the development of a method for producing antifriction microcapsules using standard industrial equipment and, in comparison with the prototype, simplification of the encapsulation process.
