FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry and can be used for the production of soft drinks. Soft drink, including water infusion of birch fungus Chaga, sugar and drinking water, additionally contains lingonberry syrup and lemongrass syrup of industrial production, in the following ratio of initial components, ml per 1,000 ml: industrial cowberry syrup 80–100; lemongrass syrup industrial production 30–50; infusion of birch shelf fungus 130–160; lemon juice concentrate 5–15; 700–750 drinking water. To prepare 1,000 ml of infusion of birch shelf fungus use 200 g of shelf fungus, 8 g of thyme and 1,100 ml of drinking water.
EFFECT: use of the present invention allows to obtain a quality-stable non-alcoholic beverage with a high biological value, regardless of the ripening season of the berries, and to ensure the expansion of the range of healthy food products in the consumer market.
