FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely surgery and combustiology, and can be used in the treatment of burn wounds for the temporary closure of wounds of various etiologies. Method of operative treatment of burn wounds includes surgical treatment of the wound and temporary application of the biological wound coating followed by autotransplantation. At the same time, a coating aged at minus 65–70 °C and sterilized γ- or β-radiated with a dose of 12 to 18 kGy, cooled at 180–190 °C for 6–8 hours and impose on the wound for a period not exceeding 14 days. As a biological wound coating, skin grafts of transgenic pigs of the GAL-KO line, which do not contain alpha-1,3-galactose, are used to ensure that there is no immune reaction to rejection of the wound coating.
EFFECT: invention allows to shorten the healing time for burn wounds of human skin with simultaneous biological safety of the material used.
