FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to dosing device (100) for an ambulatory infusion system, driving device (200), an ambulatory infusion system for infusing a liquid medicine into a patient’s body over a long period of time, and a method for connecting dosing device (100). Dosing device comprises metering pump (110) having dosing cylinder (112) and piston (111) arranged in sealing sliding engagement inside dosing cylinder (112). Device includes hydraulic distribution valve (120) having filling port (127b) linked with reservoir (300) of the liquid medication, and outlet port (127c) linked with infusion site interface (890). Device also comprises locking element (126), movable between a filling position where it links filling port (127b) with dosing cylinder (112), and an alternative filling position for feeding, where it links dosing cylinder (112) with draining port (127c). Device includes driven member (125) of the hydraulic distribution valve connected to locking element (126) or integrated therewith and being the output link of the step switching mechanism. Driven member (125) of the hydraulic distribution valve has groove (125c) for engaging with pin (225c) of drive member (225) of the hydraulic distribution valve as the driving member of the step switching mechanism. Drive unit (200) comprises pump drive unit (217), comprising pump drive actuator (217a) and pump drive driving member (215) connected to pump drive actuator (217a) and configured for connection with the piston of metering pump (110) for transmitting drive power and / or torque from actuator (217a) of the pump drive to piston (111) of pump (110). Drive includes hydraulic distribution valve unit (227), comprising an actuator (227a) of the hydraulic distribution valve drive and drive member (225) of the hydraulic distribution valve connected to actuator (227a) of the hydraulic distribution valve drive. Actuator is connected to driven member (125) of hydraulic distribution valve (120) for transmitting power and / or torque from actuator (227a) of hydraulic distribution valve drive to hydraulic distribution valve (120) for switching hydraulic distribution valve (120). Drive member (225) of the hydraulic distribution valve drive is the driving link of the step switching mechanism and has pin (225c). Driven member (125) of the actuator of the hydraulic distribution valve has groove (125c) for engaging with pin (225c) of driving member (225) of the actuator of the hydraulic distribution valve. Ambulatory infusion system for infusing a liquid medication into a patient’s body over a long period of time, comprising dosing device (100) and driving device (200). Method of connecting dosing device (100) and drive device (200), characterised by the fact that drive device (200) and dosing device (100) as structurally separate modules are brought into mutual operating position by a coupling movement introducing drive member (225) of the actuator of the hydraulic distribution valve and driven member (125) of the hydraulic distribution valve in their mutual operating position. During the coupling movement, drive member (225) of the hydraulic distribution valve drive and driven member (125) of the hydraulic distribution valve drive are in a non-engagement configuration.
EFFECT: technical result is easier assembly and disassembly of the modular infusion system.
