FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: coupling joint (10) of the hydraulic control valve comprises central element (100) passing along central axis (A) and having driven drive connector (101) capable of detecting drive torque applied around central axis (A). Coupling joint (10) of the hydraulic control valve also contains intermediate element (110) having at least one intermediate pin (111) passing parallel to the central axis (A). Coupling joint (10) of the hydraulic control valve also includes shutoff element (120) installed with possibility of rotation around the central axis (A) between the inlet position and outlet position. Coupling joint (10) of the hydraulic control valve also comprises holder (130) connected to locking element (120) with fixation against turning and having at least one clamping element (131). Coupling joint (10) of the hydraulic distributor is capable of reversible switching between the switched off state, in which the drive torque perceived by central element (100) is not transmitted to cage (130), and an on state in which at least one intermediate pin (111) is clamped between the elongated central member (100) and the at least one clamping member (131), which provides transmission of the drive torque perceived by central member (100), through housing (130) to shutoff element (120).
