FIELD: processing and recycling of waste.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for purification of recycled polymers after domestic use or after industrial use. Method includes the stage of contacting the regenerated polymer at a temperature of from 80 °C to 220 °C and a pressure of from 1.03 MPa to 103.42 MPa with the first liquid solvent having a boiling point of less than 70 °C, to obtain an extracted regenerated polymer. Extracted regenerated polymer is dissolved in a solvent selected from the group consisting of a first liquid solvent, a second liquid solvent, and mixtures thereof, at a temperature of from 90 °C to 220 °C and pressure from 2.41 MPa to 137.90 MPa. After that, the resulting polymer solution is purified at elevated temperature and pressure by contacting the polymer solution with a solid medium, to obtain a cleaner solution of polymer. Then a cleaner polymer is separated from the cleaner solution of polymer.
EFFECT: method according to the invention allows to obtain a polymer that does not have color and smell, as well as a significant amount of mutually polluting polymers.
