SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to versions of a vehicle door locking system. Locking system includes an electromechanical latch with a drive configured to unlock the latch. Internal unlocking device, such as an unlocking switch, may be activated by the user to initiate an unlocking request. System may include a controller operatively connected to the latch drive. Controller is designed so as not to unlock the latch if the vehicle speed exceeds a predetermined value, until the internal unlocking device is activated at least twice in accordance with the predefined criteria.
