FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, specifically to the composition of particles, adapted for the formation of cement-substitute bone graft when mixed with an aqueous solution, containing: i) calcium sulfate hemihydrate powder, wherein the calcium sulfate hemihydrate is present in a concentration of at least about 50 % by weight of the total composition of the particles; ii) non-porous powder β-trial phosphate and iii) porous powder β-trial phosphate.
EFFECT: bone cement substitute is characterized by high mechanical strength, such as high compressive strength and diametrical tensile strength.
