FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention describes a polymer surface at least partially coated with a coating composition, a container for storing a fluid, a method of coating a polymer surface and use of the coating composition to improve the anti-adhesive properties of the polymer surface. Coating composition contains at least one oil and at least one emulsifier and forms a homogeneous solution. Fluid storage container comprises at least one inner surface, wherein during use, said inner surface is in contact with said fluid, wherein said inner surface is a coated surface. Invention also describes the use of a coating composition to improve the anti-adhesive properties of a polymer surface by coating at least a portion of said surface with said coating composition containing at least one oil and at least one emulsifier which forms a homogeneous solution.
EFFECT: invention provides improved recovery from a fluid container, for example, of food products such as mayonnaise, concentrated and non-concentrated fermented products, for example, yogurt, as well as non-food products, such as toothpaste, cream.
