FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, in particular, to corrosion-resistant heat-resistant nickel-based alloys for parts of hot-path of gas turbine engines and plants operating in aggressive media at temperatures of 800–1,000 °C. Nickel-based heat-resistant foundry alloy contains, wt%: carbon 0.10–0.20, chromium 21.5–23.5, cobalt 18.0–20.0, titanium 3.0–4.5, tungsten 1.0–3.0, aluminum 1.0–3.0, tantalum 0.8–2.5, zirconium up to 0.15, boron up to 0.020, niobium 0.5–1.5, lanthanum up to 0.20, barium up to 0.10, nickel making the rest.
EFFECT: alloy is characterized by high values of long-term strength, sulphide-oxide and chloride corrosion resistance, as well as manufacturability and structural stability at temperature of 850 °C.
