Image decoding device contains an intra-prediction module for, when the encoding mode for a block, which is a module for the prediction process, is an intracoding mode, performing an intraframe prediction process on said block to form an intra-prediction image, wherein said intra-prediction module forms said intra-prediction image of said block by calculating the predicted value from the reference samples according to the intra-prediction parameter, indicating the type of intra-prediction, and performs a filtering process for said intra-prediction image only for specific pixels in said block according to the type of color component.

EFFECT: technical result is improving image quality by reducing prediction errors.
