FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aviation, in particular to methods of countering unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). Way to fight the UAV is based on the detection and determination of the spatial coordinates of the UAV, the formation at a given distance in the front flight region of the UAV of a spatially extended web of lightweight, durable strips of synthetic fabric coated with an antistatic composition in at least one echelon. In this case, determine the time points of measurement of the coordinates of the UAV, calculate the speed of the flight of the UAV, extrapolate the route of further flight of the UAV based on smoothing cubic parametric splines in three-dimensional space. Formation of a spatially extended web is carried out in a limited space with the coordinates of the center located on the most probable flight path of the UAV at the moment of time preceding its appearance.
EFFECT: improved accuracy of the destructive impact on the UAV – the airspace violator.
